2022 In Review
As 2022 comes to an end, we’d like to extend our gratitude to all of our customers and partners. Thanks for a great year!
To wrap up 2022, we’re looking back at some of our most notable developments throughout the year – from major product improvements, to a return to in-person conferences and insurance industry events, to new and exciting partnerships.

Improvements To Our Products
We understand the speed at which the insurance industry is changing, and that the needs of carriers and insurance service providers are changing alongside it. Our insurance software solutions are continuously evolving. In 2022, we routinely released BAP and Invision product updates that included upgrades to batch management, invoice review, rules management and even new integrations.
Key BAP highlights included:
- New functionalities added to Batch Management so that insurance carriers and vendor relations managers can easily expedite the invoicing process
- Customization options to Rules Management so that you can tailor your claims expense management software to your workflow
- Invoice Review updates for increased clarity around estimate totals
- And more!
Key Invision highlights included:
- New functionalities added to Batch Management so that adjusting firms, appraisers, and engineering firms can easily expedite the insurance carrier invoicing process
- Improvements to Compensation Management features, including specifying compensation fees by carrier
- Quickbooks Desktop integration to streamline accounting
- And more!
In 2023, we plan to continue these improvements to offer the best possible experience for our users.
Back To Events
In 2022 we were back to in-person events. We had the pleasure of being part of two great Insurtech conferences.
In September we went to Las Vegas for the world’s largest Insurtech event. At InsureTech Connect, we met with insurance pros, and witnessed compelling conversations around transformation in the insurance industry. The ITC conference is the largest gathering of insurance leaders and innovators in the world.
Not long after, we were headed back to Vegas for in October for yet another exciting insurance industry event. GuideWire Connections is the conference for people who use Guidewire’s applications, technology, and ecosystem to do amazing things in the insurance industry.
New Integrations Partners
This December, we announced our integration with Guidewire, an internationally trusted partner in P&C Insurance. We are now part of the Guidewire Software Marketplace where you can find the VIP Software BAPTM Accelerator for ClaimCenter.
SeekNow’s technology allows insurance adjusters to settle claims faster and offer improved customer service. We have developed an integration with SeekNow for our Invision Software, to offer insurance adjusters powerful tools for streamlined and more profitable claims expense and operations management.
We continue to work towards new integrations next year to improve your experience with our insurance claims software.
On The Horizon
Headed into 2023, we continue to evolve our digital solutions and applications for insurance carriers and service providers in the P&C space. We’d like to thank our customers and partners for an amazing year. We look forward to what is to come.
